The accused was detained after eight minors and an older person became sick at the location in mid-summer.
The senior citizen, from Ruddington in Nottinghamshire, admitted guilt to a multiple criminal counts when he appeared at the courthouse on Friday.

'Treat game'
Mary Prior KC, presenting evidence, described the defendant's actions to the judicial body.
She said his victims were under-privileged children who were attending a summer camp which he ran.
The defendant played a "sweet game" with the minors, Mrs Prior explained, in which he would go into the boys' rooms when they were getting ready for bed and request they to eat sweets "as quickly as they can".
She informed the proceedings Ruben had played this game with the boys "over an extended period", and children had earlier experienced illness the next day.
She stated the man had been capable of justifying this over a long period as the minors being "overexcited from fun", until his family member had suspicions in recently.
The prosecutor added: "In the summer" his stepson had suspicions about what was going on, for good reason.
"They decided to examine in the man's possessions."
The prosecutor explained materials including baby oil, ointment and syringes were located, and his stepson contacted the police about his suspicions.
She stated Ruben proceeded to engage in the "candy game" with six youngsters that evening - Saturday 26 July - and they were everyone unwell the following morning.
"Authorities" had not arrived by that point," she continued.
The oversight body, the Independent Office for Police Conduct, earlier informed that it was examining the police response of the situation.
The prosecutor stated the minors were having difficulty walking due to their sickness, so Ruben's stepson called the police again.
She stated the defendant then played the "treat game" in a area of five youngsters.
